Trusted Employment Law Counsel
Most employers recognize the fact that their employees are one of their most valuable assets. Even so, many employers discover too late the fact that effectively managing employees while maintaining compliance with their legal obligations as employers is not only difficult, but that it is fraught with legal pitfalls as well.
Attorneys at Albin | Harrison | Roach know that the risks for employers have never been higher. We are here to help you manage your risks as an employer by providing knowledgeable counsel and proactive legal services for all types of employment law needs.
Generally speaking, we employ three key strategies to help you ensure that your business is in compliance with its legal obligations and that it will stay that way. First, we evaluate and work with you to develop effective human resource management policies. Next, we review your existing employee handbooks and other relevant documents so that necessary, risk-minimizing modifications can be made to them. Finally, our lawyers proactively keep you informed of recent court rulings and pending legislation that could affect your employment policies.
