Sharon Sayles Corsentino
Sharon Corsentino is an experienced collaborative law attorney, mediator and litigator who works primarily in the areas of family law, probate, and estate planning. She handles a variety of cases including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, termination, parentage, estate planning and probate.
Sharon's non-adversarial approach to divorce focuses on maintaining long-term family relationships and keeping children's best interests at heart. She helps couples settle their disputes privately, without involving a judge who could impose decisions on them that do not meet their needs. Sharon's approach generally results in unique settlements that truly address the interests and concerns of all parties.
In her role as an experienced mediator, she enjoys helping parties settle their cases outside of the courtroom. Sharon recognizes the value of allowing the parties to craft their own settlements to meet their specific needs.
In the event a case is not settled through the collaborative process or in mediation, Sharon draws on her experience as a litigator. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and in the federal district courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Sharon is an adjunct faculty member at El Centro College, a part of the Dallas County Community College District.
