Marissa Balius
Marissa Balius focuses her practice in the area of family law in order to provide her clients with an experienced perspective on such issues as divorce, child custody, post- divorce modifications, paternity, and child support issues. As a parent and former educator she understands the rigors and challenges facing families today.
Ms. Balius' background includes ten years of litigation experience as Assistant Attorney General with the Child Support Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office in the Courts in Dallas, Collin and Denton counties.
